Frost storm lag

Do you guys also experience some sort of lag when using Froststorm?

 

I am lvling a SF, which I find fun but this Froststorm lag is kinda annoying,

as it makes it difficult to do a follow up.

 

This is the first time that I experience some sort of lag with a class ability.
