Enhanced Seed Shroud bug

Hi, I've just upgraded to legendary weapon and did my first 4-man Asura run with it. I've noticed that now I have a bazillion little status icons with buffs thanks to it...

the problem is, that when I tried my party saver skill, ie. Enhanced Seed Shroud, it totally didn't proc, the little one second timer did not show up, and the skill didn't work, even if it was timed mutliple tries correctly at the Asura boss (that part when he grabs people in). and even if it was not timed well, the little one second timer would show up anyway. and it didn't. I wonder if it is just a bug or it has something to do with my seraph staff?:P

Are you sure you weren't affected by Conspicuous at the time? Another Summoner's Enhanced Seed Shroud, or an Assassin's Smokescreen/Decoy can trigger the debuff which prevents your own Enhanced Seed Shroud from taking effect.
