Daily Quest Tainted Lab?

Is there a daily quest for the dungeon Tainted Lab from Silverfrost Mountains? Because, for some reason, I can't get it. I was farming this dungeon for like 3 days to get the weapon, but I never got the daily for it. I am HM4. On the cross-server thingy I see a NPC, which I think he should give me a daily, right? But I don't get anything from him.

Yes, getting it however might not be so convenient as the quest drop from mobs in Beastbog.

iirc the daily quest for Lab, drops in beastbog.. So, if you do that too, do it first.

can't you buy the starter item for 10 narbu coins off the genero merchant in grand harvey square?

Yes, you can. The quest can be purchased from the General Merchant in grand harvest square. Make sure you talk to the NPC outside the dungeon entrance (he shows in F8 cross server too).
