LOL? WHY I HAVE LAG TODAY!

Everyday before today i was playing normally, without problems, without delay and lag , but today i just entered in the game like everyday and i have an impossible lag? that is not fair, is the first time that this happen to me!, so i want to know why? i have 15mb no wifi and only for me! i was playing normally but today i cant o.o? for example when ppl kill Konta in ssp, i cant move! i cant press skills i cant do nothing! lool i have a gtx 980 ti video card! why i cant move i can play games like assassins creed unity in ultra resolution! i was testing street fighter V ONLINE! AND ITS COOOL! AND SO WHY I CANT PLAY BLADE AND SOUL NORMALLY LIKE ALWAYS?, I WANT SOME EXPLANATION FROM GAME MASTERS BECAUSE I PLAYED SO MANY HOURS THIS GAME... IM WAITING ... CAN U FIX THAT? O.O
