about premium problem.

Hey, so i bought befor 7 hours premium for 90 days, and i still didnt got it , at my bank status it says that the money paied , but I still dont have any premium.

How come so? realy would appraciat any help.

p.s- i got an email says i puarched, but yet nothing happens.
