Is premium subscribe error or delay ?

I purchased 1 year subscribe ,, but its been 2 hours now i didn't get any of the benefit ... can anyone tell me why ?

I even get the mail of successful payment ... but until now i didn't get it ,, or maybe after i purchase there's some kind of special way to active it ?
