Can't cancel premium

Just as the title says, for some strange reason I can't cancel my premium membership. I've been into account setting and it allows me to setup/remove a subscri[tion from all their games except BnS. I also can not find a way to remove my card details either.

 

If you don't sort this out NCsoft, ill be doing a card reversal every time you try to take money.

Go cancel via paypal first to remove auto renewal then contact ncsoft ASAP while cancelling
