Clan Large Workshop Expansion -- Help please :(

My clan is trying to craft several items at once since we gained several new members. Although there are slots within the clan crafting window when clicked on that require a "Large Workshop Expansion" voucher to expand the workshop slots by 1, I am not able to find these in the Hongmoon Store or Marketplace within the game. 

 

Are these in the game yet? If so how can I receive them? If not, do you know if other regions have them yet?
