How to Subscribe to Newsletter?

Saw the advertisement about receiving a gift one the 22nd if you were subscribed to the newsletter, but when I clicked the image for the link it just brought me to the latest news page. Does anyone have a direct link to the newsletter subscription page or know how to find the subscribe button?

How I think you do this:

 

1. Go to http://www.bladeandsoul.com/en/

2. Under "My account" click on "settings"

3. Check the "Sign me up to receive game newsletters and exclusive offers"

Is this all? I did all the steps above, but I didn't receive any emails notifying me I have been signed up for the newsletter.

at least you got to subscribe, everytime I tried to subscribe it would error out on me
