Immortal Crystallis
I saw you can buy Sparkling hexagonal gem boxes. Now what are the steps to upgrade them to octagonal if you can that is and the ingredients needed, ( let`s say with 100% chance of success). Where you need to go what you need to do and have etc.
LunaticAzure
We only have up to Heptagonal right now. You can see all the costs and available craftable gems in the transmute button on the bottom of your inventory.
Immortal Crystallis
flawless sparkling heptagonal?
LunaticAzure
To make Flawless Sparkling Heptagonal you have to have 9 Flawless Sparkling Hexagonal and alot of other material and gold. You need 3 flawless hexagonal to make 1 brilliant heptagonal. Then you need 3 brilliant heptagonal to make a sparkling heptagonal. All the gems have to be the ap versions and all have to be either hongmoon or normal, you can't mix them.
Immortal Crystallis
Quote ap versions What do you mean? Same type?
LunaticAzure
Flawless Sparkling gems are always the attack power versions. You must use attack power gems if you want to make stronger attack power gems. Otherwise you can make normal not attack power heptagonal gems using any 3 hexagonal gem. Non attack power gems only go up Brilliant versions right now. If you look at the transmute menu you can see everything, it's all listed there. Immortal Crystallis
Ok and since from those boxes you don`t get the flawless sparkling version, from where do you get them then? Apart from the factions witch is impossible since that part of the game is dead, no one is farming the blackwyrm anymore nor the two bosses from the talus forward base for essences, where else do you get them? P.S. can`t you combine 3 sparkling gems into 1 flawless sparkling gem of the same type and level? like 3 sparkling hexagonal ruby gem into 1 flawless sparkling hexagonal ruby gem and then combine 3 of them for sparkling heptagonal gem and then 3 of those into 1 flawless sparkling heptagonal ruby? LunaticAzure
Only other way to get flawless gems is from events, specifically things like treasure trove, boxes from item mall, or the current end of dungeon merchant event. Sadly you can not combine regular sparkling into flawless. What's on the transmute list is all we currently have and the required items are very specific. LunaticAzure
Merchant of Wonders Event From June 1 to June 22 the Merchant of Wonders, Shin Bihye, has a chance to appear when completing the Awakened Necropolis, Heaven’s Mandate, Cold Storage, or Sundered Nexus dungeons. He’ll offer each member of your party the opportunity to purchase one of his randomly selected items, which include (but are not limited to) Soulstones, Frozen Stingers, Moonstones, new and old costumes and accessories, Flowers of Lament, and Sparkling Hexagonal Peridot. Taken from the patch notes, the event only has Flawless Sparkling Peridot. From the most recent developer stream they said they'll extend it, it'll end around July 20th and they're adding Asura dungeon into the list of possible dungeon spawns. Hongmoon gems are from the same source (treasure trove, cash shop boxes). Basically if you don't already have 3 of the same Flawless Sparkling Hexagonal gems, there is no way you can get any in game as of now aside from the 2 you can get from blackwyrm. Immortal Crystallis
Is the blackwyrm still farmed on any server? On my Greenhollow server is definitely not...
LunaticAzure
I doubt it, I play on Jiwan NA and hardly any does it anymore. Maybe once a day there might be some trying.
Immortal Crystallis
So when you "forge" a sparkling hexagonal box, apart from soul stones and honorary ornament there is a slot with a description like "you can manually add an item to increase sparkling hexagonal gem box the chance of a critical transmutation". Basically it`s increasing the chances of getting a box. But what items are preferable or the best for using?
LunaticAzure
Those don't exist, at least not yet. When it does come out, I wouldn't be surprised if it's a cash shop item or event item or just some rare drop.
