EU login servers down again?

My errors are ranging from 1005 to 2009. And sometimes it says "Session expired".

Je ne sais pas si quelques responsables de ncsoft viennent de temps en temps sur ce forum, mais je poste à tout hasard.

J'ai mis, ce mois-ci, 700 euro dans le jeu, comme je le fais tous les mois, car c'est ma passion.

Mais, la, je ne suis plus d'accord: Encore déconnecté, et Encore, personne pour dire ce qui se passe et surtout nous aider dans notre problème.

Je tiens simplement à souligner que je comprends qu'il existe des erreurs que ncsoft ne peut gérer, mais de ne pas avertir, informé, en temps réel, des informations, pour que le client ( j'ai bien utilisé le terme client ) ne cherche pas à se connecter 100 fois sur 2 heures.

Auriez vous cette 'normalité' de ne plus traiter vos clients comme si il existait pas ?

Vous pensez très certainement que je fais partie de la minorité des raleurs, mais sachez que je n'écris jamais sur un forum, que je ne me plains jamais, sauf quand c'est trop.

Et si les gens silencieux comment sérieusement à en avoir marre, je peux vous assurer que les chiffres en hausse du trimestre passé concernant l'europe et l'amérique, uniquement dû à blade and soul ne seront nettement plus les mêmes.

Bref, j'ose le dire, j'en ai marre, j'attends

Demain, on va encore avoir une mise à jour en plein aprés midi, alors que vous avez un relais serveur en allemagne, mais non, il faut qu'on attente toujours et encore les heures américaines.

Marre c'est marre.

Personne ne me demande de dépenser mon argent dans le jeu, j'en ai les moyens, mais sachez que vous n'êtes pas les seuls sur le marché et quand le client en a marre, il part ailleurs: je l'ai fait au temps d'aion sur gameforge alors que j'etais off5, rien ne m'inquiete de le faire sur blade and soul alors que je suis proche du 700 ap.

A vous de prendre vos clients comme des clients, et de les INFORMER EN TEMPS REELS

Yeah, bad idea...XD Specially because we have an issue with the "update server"... so you won't be able to download the game ^^

 

Btw... NCNoob should do something in compensation...

I love this game, donated around 300 euro - I get DC 3000, now in 4H I cant login, I cant even open my launcher, sometimes E01004, sometimes E01005, WHEN I TURN OFF SKYPE I can start launcher but "login failed (42)" Give me my money back, going back to OW.. and tommorow - they will have Maintaince for 4H AGAIN omg...

Ok I found a solution, who want it add me in skype "Alien-rus" I am from Sweden

yeah, its only some providers/country/states that cant login or getting E01004 E01005 errors... now I am using some kind of proxy (I am living in Sweden so I am not region banned or something) but It did allow me to login and now I am playing

Just pure waiting. I did try flushing my DNS but when the website tells me that DNS host address not found I simply do something else until that issue fixes itself. If that happens with website it's 100% sure (for me) that I cannot login in the game as the launcher won't start at all.

Well, after one million DCs yesterday, i did do the effort to do my daily challenges, and went to bed after that. But like always, my mind kept wondering -WHY? So my imagination did some work that i want to share with you all, its a little story.

 

Long time ago, before BnS came to Europe, some guys at ncsoft saw that lots of Europeans playing the game in Asian servers, so, they came up with the idea to give it a try and brint the game to us. This is how it went:

 

"Hey, Johnson, i have thought we could start BnS in Europe, what do you think about that?"

"Well Robert, i dont know... Its a bunch of costs  you´re talking about, new servers, bandwith and so on... "

"we dont need to buy any servers! We have a lot of them in the basement!

"in the basement? Where?!"

"Where we keep the potatoes. There are also some servers from Guild Wars One that we dont need anymore."

"Cool! :D that spares us a lot of money, how about bandwith, its expensive too..."

" No problem Elisabeth knows a guy who works at a local store and he can get us a cheap contract."

"Well, i would say lets do it! ^^"

"Alright! xD i´ll get the servers right away!

"ok, and Johnson... bring the potatoes too."

"the potatoes? Oo What for?"

"well, when the servers get too hot, we could cook on them, and make fish and ships"

"OMG! Awesome idea! and when should we cook?"

"i think wednesdays and/or thursdays would be fine"

"great! two to four hours we could do that, no one will notice it..."

 

So, dear fellows, this is how it was decided to bring to us this beautifull game, which we all love so much.

The only thing that is not clear yet is,  will they live happy forever?
