account locked due to suspicious activity

its been 2 days ago since my main account got blocked, i dont know the reason why,but before i got disconnected i registered some gold for hoongmoon coin, buy 3 silverfrost trans stone, because i decided ti upgrade my bracelet, and then i got disconnected, try to log in but it says account locked due to suspicious activity, so i send a ticket using this account, and this is our conversation, im sorry im not good in speaking english,

Well I am sorry for that, sometimes NCSOFT can make mistakes too, as they blocked my account like a month ago for no reason, in the end they decided to release my account because they didn't have anything to show me as evidence. Ask them for evidence, why they got your account locked? Ask them anything about this issue and answer security questions properly. I am sure they will release your account. Bad thing is you may lose couple days..
