Explain me somebody please, what additional dmg it gives, how it works. I can't feel any difference in my dps, only skill hits better.

The weapon deals additional damage equal to your attack power. it works the same way as a ruby with additional damage. You attack and you will see some small white numbers, and thats the additional damage
