how can i fix this? help me please

cuz of all the bad fps drops and lag i was advised to go back from win10 to win7 so i did unistall everything and then i did download the game and updated it  but look now 

i can't use marketplace i can't rlly know what are the prices and numbers and also this bug happen when i look at someones info, its been 2 days now since i install the game

and i can't rlly make any money with marketplace or buy anything, plz tell me what i need to do

People who had this problem in the past say try doing windows update. I think the market is internet explorer based or which ever browser you have set to default.
