This issue persists over a Week now.

The latency and  connection issues are not getting better at all, they are getting worse.

 

I'm living near Frankfurt and it feels like i'm trying to ping another *cricket*ing solar system.

its the same problem for me too. Its like after every 10 min i get dc. its not realy fun cous you dont can start doing anything

NCSOFT refuses to acknowledge it's their fault, they will just blame your ISP or your connection in general.

I have  the same problem, i couldn't  play for this two last days for this error. The error forces me to restart the pc and after done, the client gives me again the same error. Sure we don't have same ISP and it's the client who freezes or hagns up

my entire clan experienced this last night and many of us were in dungeons and couldnt pick our loot and got locked out. extremely frustrating!!

The only reason you guys are getting this crap, just like I just got it is because this version of BnS is ran by NCWEST. They do not actively monitor their game, support is a f***ing joke.

I agree, I can't look behind the scenes so what ever it is, may it be a very bad job in optimization or very unstable servers but in the end it needs to be fixed if they want this game to survive.
