Bug With Quest Intel

hello im from crimson and im not be able to get the quest cerulian intel from the past 4 days the quest drop from boss but im not able to colect dont give me any erro dont say i have already it nothing i only click on it and cant collect iff i have the quest with me or already in my quest log the quest will never drop but no she drop but cant collect i hope i can get a soluction for it coz is anoying and all days losing 15 soulstones
