Missing item in wardrobe.

I left an item in the wardrobe (Crest of the rising sun) only to log in later and have it missing from my wardrobe. It is nowhere to be found. Has anyone else had this problem? Seeing as how I paid real money for this item, I would like to know how I can get it back.
