2 Blue screens in two days.

I got 2 blue screens Yesterday and today during two time consuming dungeons (30+ minutes). Asura and Labyrinth and I fail my quest. Happens for no reason without warning.. Do I get compensation for this? I feel like I deserve at least 5 of those daily boxes.

It is not NCSoft their fault you got bluescreened, also you're not providing any evidence...

So no, you will not get a compensation, but I'm willing to assist you with finding the cause if you want me to.

Blue screens usually comes without warning... just saying. And it could be anything causing it. O_o

Sure. So here's what I've done so far. I did a file repair, but two days later blue screen still happened. I had malwarebytes scan my PC for anything bad, 0 results. I'm thinking of installing BnS on my other drive. From Hard Drive -> SSD. That's my only option I had not tried.

 

Sorry to go on a rant, but today that blue screen happened right during a bid for BSH lightning draw. It's screwing me so bad, if it wasn't for my clan I'd quit.

You should check out bsod viewer and see what caused it exactly.
