Can you bind the wheel tap?

I was trying to bind my Tab yesterday to the middle wheel tap, and it did not seem to take. Is there a way to do it or is it hard-coded that you cannot bind this button?

If you cannot change the 'tab' skill to wheel tab (mouse 3), try the other way around, and bind 'mouse 3' to 'tab'.

I was just putting everything as a secondary bind. I dunno if I want to rebind the Tab completely. Ah, the best laid plans.
