I've googled , asked in game and killed all mobs i can think have a chance to drop it, but still don't know where to find that material.
Does anyone know which mobs drop it and where are they located?

I think you get them from the area located south of Grand Harvest Square, I forgot which mobs.
Don't take it for granted, I didn't kill any monsters there for weeks.
