Not earning prestige point

At some point, my prestige point just stuck at the same point can never rise...even after killing bosses or mining for prestige point in soulstone plain...

Perhaps your capped on prestige points. 
Certain ranks can only carry up to 25, 50 or 100 prestige points.

When you have 50 prestige points you can buy a charm to extend your cap for an hour.

If you can't reach 50, you can buy them for 2g in the shop but I recommend buying them from the market for a cheaper price.

Im currently level 48 but not earning at prestige points even after killing boss and do faction dailies. Please advise.
