AFK bots running rampant in arena

I have reported today (and yesterday) at least 30 afk bots, some of them are actual players, in clans, 600+ ap gear etc... as well as the usual crap with 55ap

 

WTH is NcSoft actually doing about these reports?

 

In the past week of reporting I have reported the same 11 bots at least 4-5 times a day, and from what I have read people have done the same for weeks at a time and yet these bots are still in arena with gold rank afking to get beans and selling the soulstones

 

no wonder this game feels half dead, with crap like this going on non-stop how long until it just keels over and dies completely?

some of em could be actual people afking and not bots there is a difference

They are not bots. They are players that wanna complete daily challage and not like pvp so they decide afk because they are "forced" playing pvp.

its not only players..its cheaters players how in night use script for afk boting(if try chat with them,you not recieve any response),and after reach 20 000 zen beans  ,they crush you in arena with macro ,or scripts,to can change his zen beans ..Open your eyes, guys...most of cheaters is in silver rank...ncsoft dont make nothing about this,on the contrary, it has helped hiding their names,to cant report them anymore...I wil give up very soon...this game is not longer fun for me,two months ago,not was so many macro players like now...This is that ..we go to play another game,i dont want blow my brain here try to win every day in arena vs macro cheaters...maybe if ncsoft will make silvers to be able to change zen beans for 30 soulstone,i will stay....coz now to be gold is like how was two months ago to be platinum.

In 1 v 1 or 3 v 3? If it's in 1 v 1 that's normal, people are deranking to fight more players (even KR does this) if it's in 3 v 3 then it's most likely bots unless the whole team are afk then they also are deranking. Only bots that afk in 3 v 3 are summoners.
