I'm having this same issue as well. NCSoft freaking giving me a run around at this point...

Make sure to forward these ports thru you firewall/router:
6600
10100
10241
10900
12100

I've had this error a lot too, tried portforwarding etc etc.

But what ever you try, NCSoft will blame you for it because they haven't optimized their game properly yet.
