Can't Find Normal Dungeons in Cross Server Dungeon Lobby

I play Blade Dancer and I want to get the corrupted Lynblade to make my current Lynblade break through.  I went to the darkglimpse to do the dungeon and nobody was there and nobody could do the dungeon with me.  I decided to go to the cross server dungeon lobby to find a party and I couldn't find the darkglimpse.  I soon realized that I couldn't see any dungeons that weren't heroic or challenging (Blue & Purple).  This includes every and all Normal dungeons such as the darkglimpse and other green rated dungeons.  This only began when the new expansion came out.  I played it on the 31st of May and had access to all the dungeons. Please help

Anyway, I had luck in finding 2 other players in front of the dungeon willing to to do it together, with out that I most likely still wouldn't habe my weapon.

Maybe you can ask in your faction / region chat if anyone may help you. :/
