Skill Effects cause massive fps drop since update on June 1.

I think the title is pretty explanatory. To emphasize, this happens even when I solo mobs (I play assassin). When I do my RMB-F spam in stealth too fast and there's too much lightning displayed, fps drops by almost 2 thirds. I have confirmed this other players as well. This problem is even more insane in 6-man dungeon but never happened before June 1 when I played with even higher graphics settings as I am now.
