Cross-Server Green Daily Dungeons Missing

After the Vengeance Breaks patch, all green daily dungeons in cross-server has disappeared. The cross-server lobby option in the party finder menu is also no longer functional for green daily dungeons, even though the descriptions say otherwise. Screenshot: http://screenshot.sh/ou0TDK8GF7zAv

EDIT: Sadly, I've been told this was a deliberate change with the new patch. The tool tips are very misleading however.
