I figured that this new update made changes to the conversion of naryu coin to naryu silver in dragon express are no  longer available...??so what now? T.T

You might want to try spinning the wheel of misfortune in the area before 24man E.fleet and night shade harbor. It costs 2 naryu coins to buy a spin ticket and there's a chance to receive a box with contains 1-2 naryu silver. In my experience, I tend to get more naryu silver then just trading 20 coin : 1 silver.  There's a also a chance to get the daily 1v1 3 kills pvp quest that gives 400 zen beans, if you're into pvp.

If you want to still use the old convert (because the new one is time consuming converting 500+ coins), talk to the vault merchant and then click on the shop tab.
