AMD dual graphics

So I got a new laptop with a dual graphic card. The intel HD family and a AMD R9 M275X, When I set blade and soul to high settings and try to start monitoring the game it doesn't show up which means its not using the R9 275X card. Does blade and soul not work with dual graphics? Everytime I play blade and soul I get around 20 FPS on every graphic setting. When I first got this laptop It would run at 40-50 FPS and now It's just bad... can someone please help me? I want to play this game without any lag since i friggin paid around 150$ for NCOIN and a master pack so yeah, thanks.
