Big devine veil bug

Devine veil from forcemasters makes HITS to enemy targets.

 

Ill explain:

Devine veil  isnt suppose to do this.

It is a projectile stop barrier that pulses.

 

However the pulses also somehow hit enemy targets (no dmg though) and these hits allow them to proc some abilities.

For example an enemy Kungfu master can proc his agility stacks through devine veil.

 

This is quite a big bug as it doesnt allow the forcemaster to use devine veil vs several classes,

because it will make the enemy stronger.

This is quite the opposit of what it should do obviously.
Devine veil is a defence spell and should help protect you vs enemies and NOT make those enemies stronger.
