Delay since yesterday

Good day, Since yesterday until now, i am having huge delay and the letency keeps jumping to 3000ms and goes down. 

 

Please take a moment to address this issue for a fix. (Ex;Transfer/upgrade the servers to better ones)

Yeah I'm having this issue too.. real bad since yesterday.

Wasn't just me either, was running BSH 24man yesterday and others were also affected. Game freezing and rubber banding, delay, disconnecting etc. Everyone complaining in region/channel chat.

Me and this KFM had to do 2 full rotations of killing bosses since we missed Mysterious Man the first time because of this lag and disconnection.
