Graphic problems? Need help please!

There's something wrong with the game interface when I start the game. The resolution is not the problem here because it stays the same when I try to change the resolution. However, the same problem occurs also when I try to play Combat Arms.

Hmm It looks like you have 3-D mode or something on, Try checking your Nvidia Control panel.

I really have no idea how Nvidia works, so I would be grateful for a detailed explanation :)
