Yashuoa
From what I understand in the start of june we get changes regarding item paths and we get new other items like soulshields. Also new items that reduce upgrade cost right? Now I am a new player. My FM is lvl 49 with True Profane Bangle stage 10. I can choose between Oathbreaker and Siren. The ring, earring and necklace are in awakened infernal 10 stage and the next upgrade is awakened siren. Bracelet and belt are just Oathbreaker quest items. Should I quickly try to get into a certain path before the June 1 changes (which ones)? Would that be in my benifit or should I just wait till june 1 and than go with the item paths presented after june 1?
LunaticAzure
The item to reduce upgrade cost is the Upgrade Nebula Stone. It's from the current on going event which ends right before maintenance on June 1st. You can buy it for 60 mushrooms from the event shop tab in the Dragon Express which can be accessed through the button on the bottom of your inventory. To get mushrooms you have to run the Frozen Vipercap Cavern dungeon. You can only clear it once a day unless you buy reset items from the cash shop. It is also a time based dungeon, so at best you can get 3 reward boxes which give 1-2 mushrooms each, with a chance to give more. There's also a daily quest that gives 2 mushrooms. Highly recommended to do it in a full party on the cross server dungeon to get the best rewards. You have until June 22nd to buy and use the Upgrade Nebula Stone, after the 22nd it becomes useless. Accessory paths aren't changing, only the weapon's. Siren path is cheaper then Oathbreaker and they're removing the option to go down the siren path on June 1st. So if you do decide to go siren you have until June 1st to get at least Awakened Siren or Awakened Pirate. If you go Oathbreaker then you'll go Oathbreaker -> Awakened Oathbreaker -> True Oathbreaker -> Awakened Breeze -> True breeze. If you only manage to get to Awakened Siren then you'll go Awakened Siren -> True Siren -> True Oathbreaker -> etc. If you only manage to get to Awakened Pirate then you'll go Awakened Pirate -> True Pirate -> True Breeze -> etc. Regardless which path you go, you'll end up back on True Breeze and beyond. Thanks for the useful info. WHich path would you recommend me? So Siren is still cheaper than Oathbreaker with using Nebula stone 1x in mind for Oathbreaker? I have 96 mushrooms atm. The mushrooms are still useable after 22 june? Only the Nebula stone becomes unbuyable and unuseable after 22 june? I dont understand if Siren is much cheaper, why would someone go the Oathbreaker path? I am lvl 49 and have 12 soulstones, but I need 70 for awakened siren weapon. Is it possible to get 70 of them before june1? As in, is it possible to farm enough of them per day (limit?) to get to 70 in time?
LunaticAzure
Ideally you would use the Nebula Stone on transforming into Breeze weapons, since they cost Silverfrost Transformation Stones, but yes siren is still cheaper. The thing about siren path is that you'll be spending alot of time in lvl45 content. You'll need weapons from E. fleet, Blackram Supply Chain, NightShade Harbor, BloodShade Harbor and Mushins Tower. Compared to Oathbreaker, you're given all the weapons from the story quests up until Awakened Breeze, but they cost more soul stones and higher upgrade gold cost. If you can, go for siren, at the very least it'll save you some money. However if you're unable to get the Storm Siren weapon from 24 man E.fleet, due to lack of people, you might not be able to move on. Luckily E.fleet is featured as a daily challenge every week (forgot which day) so that would be your best chance to get it. The weapon box drops from poharan's Brilliant Siren Chest, so a party is highly recommend to do enough damage to get the brilliant box. The mushrooms will also be useless, after June 22nd, the shop should also be leaving. You can definitely get enough soul stones. You can get up to 19 soul stone a day without silverfrost content if it's difficult for you. You can get 14 from all the mistywoods faction quests, not counting kill blackwyrm and the pvp quest, 3 from the Hogshead Pasture beach faction quests and 2 from Tomb of Exile daily quest. With the mushroom event it's pretty easy to get the weapons as most of the time (for me at least) the boxes keep gifting Siren and Pirate Emblems so probably the wisest is to buy the Storm Siren/Dark Pirate as the other weapons can be dropped from 6-man dungeons (Blackram Suppy Chain and Bloodshade that people still actively do unlike the 24-mans) without even wasting time opening boxes. If people think they don't want to do such dungeons to get their weapons it's bummer to tell that the mats (machismo for sure!) gotten from there will be needed in decently high quantities anyway. Just wanted to add this point of view.
Yashuoa
Thanks for the info. Useful to have some guidance. At times it can be quite hard as a new player to figure it all out the first time and for some reason google doesnt provide much results regarding this game. 12 hours ago, LunaticAzure said: Ideally you would use the Nebula Stone on transforming into Breeze weapons, since they cost Silverfrost Transformation Stones, but yes siren is still cheaper. Ill get moving and farm Soulstones :). I dont see a daily at the tomb of exiles though. So the maximum that I can get before june1 is Siren right? 11 hours ago, Lunakitty said: With the mushroom event it's pretty easy to get the weapons as most of the time (for me at least) the boxes keep gifting Siren and Pirate Emblems so probably the wisest is to buy the Storm Siren/Dark Pirate as the other weapons can be dropped from 6-man dungeons (Blackram Suppy Chain and Bloodshade that people still actively do unlike the 24-mans) without even wasting time opening boxes. I have quite some siren emblems, so that is nice. What did you mean with the mats comment? I didnt get that part. People have to get to that 24man regardless of weap due to mats? You need materials such as perfumes and machismos from 6-man content not from 24-man.

I have enough siren emblems, in time ill have the soulstones and I will have the gold for the moonwater transformation stones. Siren is cheaper, as in, in the long run only right? As the cost from true profane 10 to Awakened siren 1 is more expensive than from true profane 10 to oathbreaker 1.

As the cost from true profane 10 to Awakened siren 1 is more expensive than from true profane 10 to oathbreaker 1. You need Poharan Gun Oil for both siren stage 5 -> 6 break through and Hae Mujins Machismo for transformining into both pirate weapons. The pattern is the same for Oathbreaker. You need Poharan Gun Oil for Oathbreaker/Awakened Oathbreaker stage 5 -> 6 break through and Hae Mujins Machismo for transforming into True Oathbreaker/Awakened Breeze. The price gap becomes noticeable starting at transforming into Awakened Oathbreaker where you need 31 gold and 180 soul stones, compared to transforming into True Siren where you need 18 gold and 110 soul stones. Everything starting at Awakened Oathbreaker is more expensive then the siren/pirate equivalent. Here's a a somewhat out of date guide to all the materials and costs for weapon/accessory upgrades, credit to it's creator. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1muEZdy0svFXu08M7v8wrLp0M04dr-aMN6Zuupvosr7o/edit#gid=1956555067 If you don't have the Tomb of Exile daily unlocked you might have skipped a quest in Yeharas Mirage. After you finish the Cinderlands story there should be around 3 new quests in Yeharas Mirage. Each of them unlock the dailies for the 2 blue dungeons in Cinderlands and the Tomb of Exiles.
