Hongmoon skill not working after quest.

I finished the questline from the achievement merchant where I spent 70 Naryu Silvers. When I finished it, a message stated that I can use hongmoon skills emberstomp tier5. I had enough skill points but could not spend it on it. I tried my regular skills and it works fine. On top of that I lost the ability to spend points on the last emberstomp I spent a royal zen bean on.
