Regal Diplomat still not in the wardrobe

For almost two weeks and as many maintenances since I got it I've been carrying around the Daily Dash outfit because the developers didn't think it was necessary to add the Regal Diplomat to the wardrobe. What's the point of paying for a feature that apparently doesn't apply to all outfits?

 

I'm aware that there have been more threads like this but they've been ignored. I hope this one fares better.

And what did the dev team say? It's been months now and I still can't store the item in the place that I pay good money for to not have this issue. I can understand a bug like this sneaking in. I can't understand it still being there over two months later.

 

NCSoft really needs to start thinking about the player experience. I'm not even talking about SSP or gameplay issues here but the horrible way some things are snuck into the game. There's this outfit (and a few others, see the thread linked below), but also stuff like the main quest line just ending without any explanation like "more to come in a later content patch," or the fact that Jinsoyun drops feathers that no one can use because NCSoft didn't bother adding the corresponding vendor. All of this is both confusing and annoying and I'm pretty sure those are not healthy emotions to feel in a game!
