How to get Crit Def?

As title says i always see ppl in 6v6 wearing asura/yeti or naksun ss but with 1000+ crit def? So far i know the mistywood ss is the only one who has this stat but it cant be fused with asura, yeti or naksun ss. The other items this guys wear dont have this stat too. So how they get crit def?

There's a crafted ss from soul wardens that gives crit def, I think it's could reflex or something.  You can buy it off the market if people are selling it.
