is there server maintenance being done?

There are no maintenance notices for today in the forums.

I have been unable to get into the game for several hours. I enter username and password, it gets past the gameguard thing, and gets to the Blade&Soul logo. But when the game actually starts opening, it pops up a message about server maintenance and closes. I don't even get to the part where I enter my pin code. Anyone else having this issue?
