Disconnect error (1000)(132,10054)

I have no clue what is causing this problem. It started when I moved the game from my HDD to my SSD. I have tried, twice, to reinstall the game to see if that would fix it. It does not. It crashes me during loading screens randomly, it is not the same error as before when people used to receive this error. My antivirus is disabled AND I have the exception for bns set. It's not my ISP and I have no clue what is causing this problem. It's frustrating and is ruining my gameplay since even in soulstone plains, if I die I have a large ability to just disconnect entirely. Please tell me how to fix this problem.
