Dungeon looting auction question

I know Blackram Narrows has the Looting system, but I haven't had any dungeon since then that has incorporated loot auction into their function. Does anyone know which dungeons have/don't have the system implemented?

Loot auction is when you're in a party, and by default it is for blue quality items and higher only.
