The Admiral is Hae Mujin from Bloodshade Harbor. Poharan is Vice Admiral.

 

Since they are in E. Fleet Supply Chain, they probably know the Vice Admiral is a girl, so I think they are speculating about Hae Mujin, who is in a different area and so they probably never met him.

They adjusted the voiceclip a while back to make her only say "Grilled Yutay sounds good."
