WW Valley mask/outfit requirements?

Mask cost:

10k points to purchase

100 wins required.

Outfit cost:

30k points to purchase

10 wins required (according to other players).

 

Win requirement seems backwards.

I expected the lower cost one to have the lower win requirement? Wasn't sure if this was a mistake or intended.
