game stuck after select my character

all its okay but when I select one character, the game say "connecting" and never log in.
I tryed on EU servers and there I can log in, no problems on Aion or Lineage 2. It's not my conection because I tried with another internet conection and there's no problem. It's just the NA blade and soul's server. HELP PLEASE!!
