FPS Problem

Hi guys, I started playing BnS from 5 months ago and my fps was 35-40 in combat and in dungeons 40-45 after a certain problem I had to reset my Laptop. I installed BnS again after I resetted the laptop the FPS was like hell it ranges from 20-30 max in combat and same in dungeons, please guys what can I do??
