Remove Meteor and Injured Soldiers from SSP

It'd probably been said in the thread so far.. but instead of removing then make their spawns more random. Yes, this will hurt players who also wait around specifically for them (like bots, but not bots) but this will give a chance to players who are randomly there to randomly see them spawn and to run and get them. Increase the spawn timers as-well and make them more random. Injured Soldiers will appear x number of times within x time frame.
