teleported into an area that i haven't downloaded yet

Hello guys.

after i reached lvl 20 with my warlock i went to Bamboo village to do main quests.

i talked to an NPC i then a loading screen apeared , after a while a little window tell me that this area isn't downloaded yet , and that i ll go to login screen, and that means that i can't play my warlock untill i download the 2nd stage.

is there a solution that i can play using my warlock before i download the 2nd stage , something like game support make my character return to bamboo village. is that possible ?

This happened to me, I just had my boyfriend log in my account and teleport me back to the first area.

 

So, the solution is to either make someone log on your account or wait for your download to finish
