cold storage

Where does the quest line start initially? I remember doing on main and i got asura quests (non dailys) and started the cold storage daily quest,somewhere aside from dungeon lobby. I am working on my FM now and need to get the daily started. I can enter the dungeon fine but no quest. Help? I am 49 btw , but i wouldnt think that I could enter this kinda of dungeon without being able to get the daily.

You need to be 50 to unlock the daily, although you can enter it pre 50. I had the same issue on my FM prior to hitting cap. :)
