Permanent maintenance bug

@Rukkirii My game keeps disconnecting me and after I try to relog it tells me there is maintenance ongoing. Any ideas what's wrong. It is been like this for 3 days. Contacted support and none of their suggestions have worked so far. Still keep getting maintenance for my game. I can login up to the point that I type my pin code and then it tells me there is maintenance. Does my game need these many private maintenances or what? The situation is so frustrating that it is turning hilarious. I can connect to NA but not EU where my characters are.

 

Anyone else had this issue and got it fixed because I really feel I am the only one.

Let me guess, 

They asked you to do a dxdiag diagnosis and Hijack this file.
A lot of people have this issue, wonder if it ever gets fixed been having it myself also. And the above is what they always ask.

However I do not 100% trust their tech support anymore after they caused my computer to crash and get into a BSOD Loop causing me to need to reinstall my computer.

They are now accusing my antivirus for it but shouldn't it also disallow me to connect to NA but I can get in NA but not in EU. And yes that is exactly what i did. I also had to disable program startup when I start computer. Did not help. I have done so many things and it is only in EU but not NA. So far 2 hours maintenance for me.

I am reaching 24 hours with 1 small break of 1 hour where I was able to run a dungeon and d/c at the end of the dungeon.
Their solutions won't help because I am 100% sure it is on their server end and not on the consumers end. As you say you can connect to NA and not EU.

We got exactly the same. 
The fun thing is, missing out on all the events now and the daily challenges. 
Ach maybe time to read a book.

Still going strong with the Permanent Maintenance problem.

 

Things I have tried:

 

Flushing my DNS

Changing DNS to Google's public DNS

File Repair

Reinstalling the game without and with downloadind new file from website

Going to MSCONFIG and disable program startup when Windows starts

Clean up winsock

Making exception to my antivirus for NCSOFT and NCSOFT west

Making exception to the firewall

Uninstalling the antivirus

Testing out WTFast (gave solution for one day but now I cannot even get the number pad to appear as apparently WTFast crashes or meets a problem)

Cursing to the computer and everything between earth and sky

Sleeping and waiting

 

Anyone got another suggestion?
