Permanent maintenance only for me?

So yeah my client keeps telling me constantly that there is maintenance going on. Either I cannot connect for hours or if I do get online my game disconnects after a while and next time I try to login I get message that there is maintenance going on. Apparently support thinks that disabling programs to start up when Windows starts up will solve this problem but I won't turn off my antivirus as I got this problem only yesterday and I managed to play before for months without any issues. Any suggestion what should I try to do to get out of the maintenance with my client as I know there is no maintenance at the moment?

 

Here we go again. 11 AM (+2 GMT) and the maintenance started for me again. Anyone know what should I do? :c
