where drops this two Soul Shields:

 

Skyhaven Evasion Soul Shield 1-8

 

and

 

Koki Evasion Soul Shield 1-8

 

i have no idea

To clarify, you're reading it wrong, the text after the soul shields name is how you get it. For both Skyhaven and koki it would be "More info to come." As far as I know, both these soul shields are either not in the game or no one has found out how to get them yet.
