force master weapon issue

i keep getting a bug were the ribbon of the bangle on my force master vanishes as well as some of the attack animations like dragon whorl. ive tried everything updated my graphics driver re installed rolled back driver file repair and different races :(:(:(

 

any help would be much appriciated ;)
