4-man necropolis familiar bug

Hey all,

 

I've ran 4-man necro a few times now and it seems that when I reach the final boss (scorpion queen), my familiar just disappears. I cannot tab or use any skills that require my familiar (cannot use my i-frame during the nightmare wave). Anyone encountered this bug as well?

 

Edit: This doesn't happen anywhere else in the dungeon and it doesn't happen in the 6-man version (incl. the scorpion queen).
